Cadant was founded in 2015 by Andreas Temnell with the purpose of being a consultant company in mechanical engineering. Today Cadant collaborates with many other consultant companies to provide additional services to the customer, primarily electro, software and project management. Cadant always strives to provide a complete, high quality solution to the customer.

Andreas Temnell
Andreas has had the opportunity to see many different ways of applying mechanical engineering. During his studies at Uppsala University, 2009-2011, he worked part time for St. Jude Medical, where he made his first robot cell and was part of developing a biological heart valve. Since then he has,
2011 - 2012, Outotec, worked with copper refining stations. He managed to reduce cost of a substation by material reduction after structural simulation.
2012 - 2013, Seabased, worked with wave generators, making the construction more suitable for serial production. He also made extensive simulations of the structural design.
2013 -2014, OssDsign, drawing two of their early designs. He was also a part in developing their production.
2014, Foresting industry, developing a hydraulic hammer.
2014, Envirologic, developing an automated washing machine.
2014-2016 Qlinea, working with automating processes.
2016, ÅAC, worked with thermal simulation for PCB for space application.
In his spare time, he enjoys dancing. Both as an instructor for Väsby Dansklubb but also taking courses in Boogie Woogie and Lindy Hop. He plays the guitar as often as possible and has been a member of the bands Foxy Rockers and Four Ugly Cat Knockers. He also enjoys physical activities such as floorball, cycling, running and climbing. In short, he is an active man!
